I watched the video, and the house could certainly be a small bed and breakfast inn, perhaps, or hotel, but I would never feel at ease spending the night in a place known to be haunted. Visiting such places as part of a tour would be fine. Spending the night? Nope.
Call me 'chicken.' I'm very proud of my feathers. They're thick and fluffy and vibrantly colored! :-P

i'm not afraid of spirit people because I have a real understanding of what spirit people are I know they were regular physical bodied people at one time but are now in another dimension but if there is negative usually it is a not so very pleasant spirit person and just like in life not everyone is good and nice and some choose to stay that way after they leave here. Also it may be kind of interesting staying at a haunted place and getting a paranormal experience. ---------- Mike

You may call them 'spirit people,' but I call some of those 'spirit people' ghosts, and I had enough paranormal experiences when I lived with my mother many years ago that I really don't care to experience more of them. My personal experiences have not been pleasant, for the most part. I was never in any physical danger, but I did not enjoy what I sensed, heard and 'felt' at times.
I don't enjoy the feeling of being watched, despite the fact that I'm alone in my apartment. I especially don't like it when I'm bathing or showering.
I don't enjoy hearing noises in the middle of the night that sound like hallway cabinets opening and closing - only to find the next day, when I asked my mother if she heard those noises and was she up at night groping around for something in the dark - that NO, she was not. She heard nothing.
I don't enjoy hearing scratching noises within a wall, as if a rat is clawing its way through.
I don't enjoy knowing that my bedroom is the coldest room in my mother's apartment. It always was, and it remains so to this day.
I don't enjoy the 'feeling' of death, especially at night, when its dark and I want to go to sleep. I don't enjoy the 'taste' of death in my mouth.
All these things I have experienced years ago, and I don't miss them. I have had a personal belief for many years that ghosts or entities are sometimes drawn to extremely creative, artistic and/or highly sensitive people. Such people may function as a kind of 'vessel' for spirit people or others who are in another dimension or 'place.'
It's just not a comfortable experience for me, Mike. Maybe it has been for other people, but my personal experiences have taught me that if I were to go to certain places, I would have certain 'feelings' again and the 'taste' of death again. I don't like those experiences.

I agree with you regarding your observation that spirit people are sometimes drawn to artistic people. The heightened sensitivity is part of the make up of the creative individual. So it is not uncommon.
And yes, I have had a few, experiences with some of what you describe. Although not in the house. On several various occasions, I have had the feeling of either being watched or being very uncomfortable with the setting in certain outdoor locations, both historic and not. The feelings would be so unsettling that I had to turn around and leave.
So I get what you say Carmem. If I had my choice I would only like to be able to perceive the positive energy. But on the other hand perhaps sensing the negative is designed to activate the flight instinct in us and to keep us safe.
