I agree. I find it very interesting that Lloyd's didn't just dismiss the original insurance claim since we all know that Michael did not take the final physical required in London in order to execute the contract. Instead they are suing and alleging fraud and a lack of information.
Lloyd's was also not aware of 50 shows and the extension of dates into 2010. They show 31.
Thanks for posting article Bonnie and Marta for your comments. Not a lot that we didn't already know but yet horrifying to read. They exploited Michael to his grave.

I have some questions Bonnie or anyone that would care to contribute a comment.
I read on the "rolling stone site" the following information:
"An attorney for AEG, Marvin Putnam, said the company informed Lloyd's in June that it was dropping the claim, citing REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE JACKSON ESTATE that covered the company's losses."
1) Why would AEG ask the Michael Jackson estate to cover losses back in June, or at anytime for that matter?
2) Why would the Jackson estate cover losses that Lloyd's insurance company were supposed to pay?
3) Why is AEG getting money from the estate and Katherine and Michael's children are not getting paid?
Could someone please tell me what is going on?
This is the URL for the site I obtained the information from:
Thank you Bonnie for clarifying that information and answering my questions. They are both (AEG and the Estate) so crooked it is hard to keep up with the truth. I hope Katherine wins her case against AEG.
