A few months ago I started communicating with spirits using a ouija board. On more than one occasion the pointer pointed at me and spelled out c u. When I asked if it could se my friend it said no...why is that?

well personally i would not trust boards. they are highly biased. I mean dont get me wrong....it can work...but it can be biased based on a "push or pull" that u think u feel but isnt really there. just a thought....

back in 1999 i had a paranormal encounter i guess you could say ..this is how it all started i lived with my sister in a 2 bedroom duplex and at night time we would hear weird noises in the upstairs,like foot steps little feet runing around we would always go check but when we got up there to check it would stop it was like a little boy was crying or a baby..so after that i started seeing things in my room,im not sure if they were shadows or not but they would give me a little scare.then this one night i decided to sleep on the couch i woke up to a bloody knee with a big piece of glass in it and spilled juice every where .so i would try to communicate with who ever this was but i would never get a respons.im not to sure how to explain all of this but it was real and i know it was ..so could someone tell me what these expierences where or if someone was telling me something .so could someone help me out .

The amount of time elapsed since the events around 1999 make it difficult to say much tangible about them. I would encourage anyone having similar unusual experiences to document them. Use a daily journal for example. Our memory is not as infallable as we might think. We forget 50% of that which we learn within an hour. Long-term and long-time memories appear to vanish selectively and quickly even in healthy young individuals. So keeping a record when these types of events are occurring is crucial to recall later. As to whether or not you were being contacted, it is hard to say. More important, have such unusual events occurred more recently? If not, then its literally history. If so, that's another matter - start journaling and let's talk about it.

After i turned 13 i started to hear and see things that i couldn't explain. I would see shadows, figures, animals, people, odd and scary looking creatures and sometimes i could hear whispering. i used to be able to sleep with my door open and my light off but one night i woke up in the middle of the night at 3:00am (i always wake up at this time, whether i wish to or not, unless im on pills) and i looked to the door which was at the end of my bed a little to the right....there was a jamaican women standing in my doorway wearing a traditional looking garment, she was standing there looking at me and she had these yellow eyes, well i shut my eyes hoping she would go away, when i opened them again she was still standing there only this time wearing slave clothing, i then felt a very hostile feeling.
i still hear, see and feel things, what does this mean? and why do i keep waking up at 300am in the morning, please help!!!!
