Hi Bonnie I know you get asked about this a lot but I was wondering if you know what they are or if the connection told you if they are energy,spirits,spirit guides,past loved ones etc?. Also I do know that it is really hard to determine a legit orb because a lot of them that people see are dust,insects or water drops on the lenses etc. Another thing I heard is that Jesse Shephard mentioned that they are energy and that's how they travel without a body and that energy can manifest any way it wants too.
I strongly discount orbs in photos for the very reasons that you mentioned.
However, from time to time I do see these lights that look like a comet with a tail. They are very small and very bright like a star. This is with the naked eye, so none of the things attributed to cameras apply to this. They fly past horizontally and are very quick. They are some sort of energy that is for sure.
Usually for me when a spirit is attempting to appear it looks like a wave pattern. Rather like the waves you see on a hot road. There has only been a couple of times where I have actually seen a recognizable person. It is pretty rare.
Sadly, now there are apps that put ghostly images into pictures, so I only trust the photos I have taken myself. When people fake things it make it much harder for those seeking real evidence.

Thanks for pointing out about the fake apps people use for orbs I was not aware of that But if I myself get that in a picture I will investigate it to see if it is dust or bug or what ever it might be. Also if it is a real energy sometimes you can see a face in them also occasionally think i'm seeing tiny specks of light at times but i'm not really sure what it might be. ---------- Mike
Thanks mike for asking that question!Bonnie thats a great way of describing them,like little comets.I have seen little bright lights usualy the side of my eyes,as long as i can remember. I always discounted them as trick of the eye,bit like seing spots in front of your eyes at times. they're very bright and move fast,with a tale and travel few feet and disapear.Thank you for opening my mind wider!
