Dr. Conrad Murray's Lawyers Trying to Ban Prosecution Medical Expert from Testifying

Expert will argue that Michael Jackson could not have died from ingesting drug himself...
The lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray are attempting to ban the prosecution from bringing in medical expert Dr. Steven Schafer from testifying that ingesting Propofol would not trigger a fatal reaction.
It has previously been reported that the defense will be arguing that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by ingesting himself with a fatal dose of the drug once Dr. Murray left the room. Dr. Steven Schafer has conducted two studies that show you can't die from orally ingesting the drug.
In one of the studies, 6 Chilean students volunteered to drink Propofol, and they survived fine. Dr. Murray's lawyers claim the studies are hearsay because Dr. Schafer was not apart of the tests.
