Where did you have this experience?: Gravity Hill

In what area did this occur?: Mira Mesa

Please explain your experience: This is not so much a ghost story but a fyi about "Gravity Hill" in the Sorrento Mesa area. The off ramp to Mira Mesa Blvd. has a long hill when you exit. However at the bottom of the hill, twenty feet before the stop sign, the road actually levels off and starts to go up. Cars roll backward and it trips people out. I grew up in Mira Mesa so I have seen this thing about a gazillion times. It is just an illusion. Cars don't roll uphill there; they are actually rolling back toward the lowest point in the road. Most people think this because they just exited mostly downhill...they never notice when it actually starts to go back uphill for a short distance.
