Please explain your experience: A few Poltergeist things happened in my bedroom, and sometimes in the day, sometimes at bedtime. One night I went to bed and a picture frame came crashing down and fortunately the glass did not break. Some other times were just a Zen Certificate on my computer desk that keeps on flying a few inches and crash down afterwards.
