Please explain your experience:

My friend and I went to the Hotel Del Coronado for a summer vacation with my family.  We had two adjoining rooms.  We were on the third floor. Our closet smelled and the carpet was damp all in and around the closet. The TV would change channels and turn off and on by itself. The blind would flip open and closed, lights would flicker, stomping above the room, which I might add there was no room above us. One night there seemed to be a party in the courtyard but when we went outside to check there was no one there. Our telephone would ring at all hours of the night. I even saw Kate Morgan sitting on the side of the bathtub wearing all black. One night we came back from the beach and we jumped in the shower and when we came out the lights were off and the doors were unlocked.  There was no air conditioner in our room but the room temperature would drop and rise drastically.
