Please explain your experience: In room 3327 we experienced door knob rattling, also our plastic key card would not work in the door until the 5th try even though it had worked fine during the day. When we opened the door it felt like someone was pulling it open.  In room 3310 at 12:01am the alarm went off, but it was not set by either guest in the room.
