Hi All,

I hope this post finds you all well. I have been super busy lately, but do read posts when I can, even though I haven't the time to comment on them.

Carmen, your voice recognition videos of Michael you posted (in another topic head on here) really shows the difference in Michael's voice as he grew. Thank you. I saw the article accusing him of having "surgical castration" to be able to sing two octaves. Ridiculous!

Here is another absurd accusation. I found this article in the Cleveland news online pertaining to Murray's trial and the jury search resuming.

In the artical:

"On Wednesday, defense lawyers disclosed a new component of their case — a claim that Jackson was on the brink of financial ruin and feared he would be unable to fulfill his commitment to a concert tour because of severe insomnia."

"Defense lawyers have never used the word suicide and implied Jackson's death was accidental but self-inflicted."

They will never get away with implying suicide.

Love,

Mar

Thx Mar,
You're right...they won't pull that one off, as so many had witnessed how excited and 'pumped' he was at that point, as it was all coming together, & and he had said he now 'knew' he could do it!!

Michael would not have deliberately left behind his beloved children, and I think he respected himself, his mother and his fans far too much to take the easy way out. He also had been raised as a Jehovas Witness by his mother and had accepted Christ as his Savior, in which case suicide would have been considered a very great sin. Those who accept Christ as their Savior understand that suicide is not acceptable and will prevent them from entering the Kingdom of Heaven. If Michael had grown up with those beliefs and teachings, then it stands to reason those belief systems were deeply imbedded and remained with him probably until his death. He never stopped mentioning his belief in God and thanking God for his talents and his blessings.

Before using a suicide line of defense, the attorneys for Murray would be wise to do some research on Michael Jackson. Accidentally killing himself is going to be their main argument. Thanks to the LAPD and others involved in this cover-up, and this is my personal opinion, we may never know who, what, where, when and how regarding the final hours of Michael's life. That's mighty convenient if you ask me. As for Murray's defense team, all they have to do is create a shadow of doubt in the jurors' minds.

Thank you Marlene, for the comments about the vocal examples from the other thread topic I created. I think Michael had more than a two octave range, as I recall immediately thinking of Yma Sumac after reading the article making the claims. I thought of her in comparison to Michael because she had a 4 octave range, and it was extraordinary. From "2000 Watts" to "Butterflies," with or without technical modifications, Michael's vocal range was more than two octaves, I think. He worked long and hard to be able to achieve that.

I tend to think that if any form of castration, chemical or otherwise, had ever taken place in our beloved and dear friend Michael, the autopsy would have shown this or somehow revealed it. Pardon me for getting a tad bit personal here, but we know that according to the official autopsy report, Michael's sperm count and private parts all registered as normal. (Sorry Michael, but it literally comes down to having to point these things out for the ignorant people out there making the claims they're making. Forgive me.) People writing books should do their research and check their facts before making their 'observations'.

The 'author' of this book did not confer with the coroner regarding Michael, and I rather doubt he paid any attention to the autopsy report. I'm not surprised.

Michael feared for his life. That is entirely different from wanting to take his own life. I don't think he had any intentions of helping THEM to do what they ultimately intended to do. I DO believe, however, that he always knew that a final showdown would come, sooner or later, one way or another. If he was who and what I believe him to be, then he always knew THEY would be watching him. Jesus said "No man can serve two masters. He will love one and despise the other."

Love,
Carmen

Edited to correct the spelling of Yma Sumac's name. I'm playing one of her CDs right now. She truly had a fabulous voice and vocal range. She's not everyone's cup of tea, and I have to be in the mood to listen to her style, but she was very talented. I may make a YouTube video featuring her vocals so people can understand what she does with her voice.
