Wolfe Manor is a paranormal attraction that drew people of all walks of life to Clovis, either for Halloween or for fun.

While the 8,000 square foot building sits empty, on Clovis Avenue near Gettysburg, those in the paranormal community beg to differ.

"George is upstairs in the second floor. Mary has her bedroom in the front room," says Todd Wolfe, the property owner.

Wolfe says that experts on at least five ghost- hunting shows found the place to be filled with spirits.

The place was built in the 1920's.

Since then it has been used as a sanitarium, a convalescent home, and a haunted mansion.

A lot has happened behind these walls.

And now, Wolfe is getting ready to share some of the items left behind.

This week, he posted a plaque featuring a cherub on the online auction site EBay.

For years, it was over a bed in the part of the house known as Mary's room.

The starting price was just under fifty dollars.

At last check, bidding is at eight times that amount.

"It was basically a test. I knew I was going to be selling items in the house," he says. "I'm excited people have such an interest in the house."

It's the first of hundreds of items he plans to sell.

Wolfe also plans to list gurneys, an old iron that was found buried under the house, and a glass IV.

"These are medical supplies from when it was a sanitarium," says Wolfe.

There's no telling how much the items will rake in-- or what the winning bidders will get out of them.

Wolfe has a disclaimer on his listings.

It says he is not responsible for any activity that may come with the item… even paranormal?

"I don't want anybody saying, ‘Now that I bought this item, there's things going on in my house,'" he says.

The city of Clovis has threatened to demolish the building.

But, Wolfe still has time to save it.

The city wants extensive to be made to bring the place to compliance with safety code.

Clovis has given Wolfe until sometime next month to pull those permits.

He is not sure whether he will file for them.
