Please explain your experience: I was lying in my bed I had just laid down. My apartment was near the street lamps so it was always light in my bedroom. I could see everything. I looked over to left side of the bed and I saw a dark figure of a man standing near my bed not moving. I screamed and turned on the light and there was no one there. I called my friend and told him what happened and said I must had been asleep and was dreaming; but I was awake. I had just laid down maybe 3 minutes beforehand. The next night it happened again but the figure was standing on the right side of my bed and closer to me.  I can not tell you what he looked like. I couldn't see a face only a bald profile of a man.

I turned on the light and he disappeared, the same as before.  I moved shortly after that and never saw him again.
