Note: The actual court filing is referenced in the article above. Katherine Jackson is not listed as having any issue with Alejandra, but the "estate" sure does. Another example of TMZ spin, but this is actually good news that she will be allowed her day in court.

Alejandra Jackson -- the squatter who has been living at Katherine Jackson's family compound against Katherine's will -- just bought more time in the house, thanks to a judge's ruling.
Alejandra -- the baby mama of both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- has been living at the Encino compound for nearly 20 years. The Estate wants her out and has offered her a condo in move-in condition, but Alejandra has not budged.
Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman said the snag in the move was that Alejandra refused to sign a confidentiality agreement and he claims she's in the process of hocking a tell-all book. Alejandra refused to sign the agreement and was also demanding money in addition to the condo ...
The judge just ruled that Alejandra could stay in the house for another month, until there's a full trial on whether she can be evicted.
In reading the court documents filed by Alejandra you get an entirely opposite picture to what TMZ is reporting.
The court documents state that Katherine wants to keep her grandchildren together in the safe environment of her home. Alejandra lived in the house and called it her home for twenty years until the "estate" inserted themselves in the lives of her and her children and Michael's mother.
Katherine has no issue with Alejandra living in her home as is evident in her written statement attached to the court documents.
The media is once again misrepresenting the situation completely.
I hope Alejandra does write that book.

Katherine stated publicly that the "estate" is "greedy" and also brought out an excellent point. Katherine and the children are the "estate" the attorneys are just handling some business affairs. Katherine made it crystal clear the estate does not represent her interests or that of the children. Katherine has also actively engaged herself and the children in business and charity affairs that have resulted in lawsuits by the estate attorneys. Once again making it clear they do not represent her best interests.
Is it too obvious to point out the estate attorneys are supposed to honor the wishes of Michael and his heirs and not put Michael's family members out of their home?
I hope the courts docs are correct and LaToya has partial ownership of the house. The estate attorneys need to be exposed.
