Dear Bonnie ,
I hope you are fine with me with what I would like to share now. The thought has kept returning to me to post it here while I have kept thinking about if I should write to you personally. I do not know for sure why this thought has kept returning to post it here.
It is about the song "SAVED BY THE BELL" from the BEE GEES.
I have loved them and their wonderful music all of my life. I grew up listening to them. Well, now something interesting has happened this evening (we are +9 hours in Germany) while I was talking on the phone with my friend. We also worked on some issues.
Suddenly I saw the face of Robin Gibb in front of me and this has repeated now several times. You can surely imagine that I have been very surprised but I take it for serious.
Yet I do not want to interpret that and I have gotten very overwhelmed about this.
I have not gotten rid of the thought that he delivers a message here.
The last time his face appeared in front of me was connected with the lyrics of that song. I went there and... this really happened..... the mouse ended up exactly on a photo of him on that site where I went to . Therefore that photo was larger than the others around.
I hope, Bonnie, you will not consider it as acting egoistically. It comes from my heart. I cannot help posting it here as here is the understanding for it.

I will also post the lyrics and I would like to add some of my thoughts.
So, hope it is really okay to do that here.
I do really feel very overwhelmed about it.

LYRICS:

I cried for you,
I cried for you
I cried for two,
I lied for you

Saved by the bell on your own carousel
Now who can tell, if you'll love that man as well
Now I'll walk down our great lane

I died for you,
I died for two
I'll live for you,
I'll give to you

Saved by the bell on your own carousel
Now who can tell, if you'll love that man as well
Now I'll walk down our great lane
Now I'll walk down our great lane
Now I'll walk down our great lane

" I'll give to you "
- THANK YOU FOR HAVING GIVEN SO MUCH OF YOUR INSPIRATION AND LOVE TO US, INTO THIS WORLD !
- THANK YOU FOR HAVING WORKED SO HARD TO GIVE US JOY AND RELIEF!
-YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR BEST!

" Now who can tell, if you'll love that man as well"
- WE LOVE YOU , ROBIN, THE WORLD LOVES YOU! BE SURE OF THAT!

" Now I'll walk down our great lane "
- WHAT EVER PATH YOU WILL CHOOSE NOW, WE WISH YOU THE BEST, ROBIN, AND TO WALK EASILY. GOD´S LOVE AND PEACE WITH YOU!

Thank you,
Ute

Thank you, Ute, for sharing this.

Your thoughts and feelings have, in my opinion, always been expressed openly, honestly, and from a very deep place within yourself. Egotistical will never be a word to describe you, dearest Ute, as far as I'm concerned.

Much love,
Carmen

Hi Ute,

This may explain what is happening Ute.

ROBIN GIBB IN COMA WITH PNEUMONIA IN HOSPITAL

LONDON - Former Bee Gee Robin Gibb is in a coma after contracting pneumonia, a statement on his official website said Saturday.

The statement, which confirmed media reports that the singer was gravely ill, said "we are all hoping and praying that he will pull through."

The Press Association news agency reported that family members including wife Dwina and brother Barry were at Gibb’s bedside in a London hospital.

Gibb's publicist, Doug Wright, declined to comment, but Gibb’s son has acknowledged that the 62-year-old musician is seriously ill in a hospital.

Gibb was hospitalized last year for stomach and colon problems. He has not specified the exact nature of his illness — widely reported to be cancer — but told the BBC he had a growth on his colon that was removed.

He said earlier this year that he was making a good recovery, but had intestinal surgery last month and was forced to miss the London premiere of his classical "Titanic Requiem" this week because of illness.

His son Robin-John Gibb said the family was “praying for him and hoping he has a speedy recovery.”

The Bee Gees — British-born, Australia-raised brothers Robin, Barry and Maurice Gibb — had a string of disco-era hits including “How Deep is Your Love” and “Stayin’ Alive.” Their soundtrack to the movie “Saturday Night Fever” was one of the best-selling albums of the 1970s.

The Bee Gees became members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and won seven Grammy Awards.

Maurice Gibb, Robin’s twin brother, died in 2003 at the age of 53 due to complications from a twisted intestine.

The Bee Gees’ younger brother, Andy, who had a successful solo career, died in 1988 at age 30 of a heart ailment.

I am praying for you Robin!

Love,

Mar

Coma-stricken Bee Gees star Robin Gibb shows 'flicker of life'
THE SUN/NEWSCORE

LONDON -- Stricken Bee Gee Robin Gibb was showing "flickers of life" in his brave battle to pull out of a coma.
A source close to the 62-year-old music legend, who slipped into unconsciousness last week, told The Sun there had been signs of him recovering Thursday night.
Loved ones have been playing music to try to stimulate a response and elder brother Barry Gibb even sang to him on a visit to his bedside.
The source said, "There were flickers of life from Robin. His eyes moved and there was an attempt at speech."
He added, "It was a good sign he is fighting hard for his life but he is certainly not out of the woods yet. The family have to remain very cautious."

Robin Gibb's wife Dwina and children Melissa, Spencer and RJ have been keeping vigil at his bedside at a private hospital in Chelsea, West London.
Barry Gibb, 65, has flown over from the US with wife Linda and son Stephen.
Dwina Gibb said, "Barry was singing to him. Thousands of people are saying prayers every day."
Robin Gibb, who sold 200 million records in a career spanning 45 years with the Bee Gees, developed pneumonia as he fought colon and liver cancer.

Thank you , Mike - I also hope he will recover.

Thx,
Ute

I posted their song " Massachusettes " and the lyrics below. Let´s keep praying for and also sing a song to Robin and his family and wish them that he will come back and will recover well from this crisis.
This song was, btw, the first song that I heard from them.

Lyrics:

FEEL I´M GOIN´BACK to Massachusetts.
SOMETHING´S TELLING ME I MUST GO HOME
And the lights all went out in Massachusetts
The day I left her standing on her own.

Tried to hitch a ride to San Francisco.
Gotta do the things I wanna do.
And THE LIGHTS all went out in Massachusetts
THEY BROUGHT ME BACK TO SEE MY WAY WITH YOU
TALK ABOUT THE LIFE in Massachusetts.
Speak about the people I have seen.
And the lights all went out in Massachusetts,
And Massachusetts is one place I have seen.

I will remember Massachusetts
I will remember Massachusetts
I will remember Massachusetts

I will keep being amazed about the abilities of our souls.....

Love,
Ute

Doctor: Bee Gee Robin Gibb has colorectal cancer

LONDON (AP) — Bee Gees star Robin Gibb has advanced colorectal cancer and remains in intensive care after waking from a coma, his doctor said Sunday. The statement confirmed the exact nature of the illness afflicting the artist.

Dr. Andrew Thillainayagam said Gibb had recently caught pneumonia because he was weakened from chemotherapy and two operations.

The 62-year-old singer fell into a coma last week after contracting the pneumonia. Thillainayagam said that three days ago he had warned Gibb's family that he may not wake up. Instead, Gibb is now fully conscious and able to speak.

Thillainayagam said Gibb is still in intensive care and is "exhausted, extremely weak and malnourished." He is breathing with the help of an oxygen mask and needs intravenous feeding and antibiotics.

"It is testament to Robin's extraordinary courage, iron will and deep reserves of physical strength that he has overcome quite incredible odds to get where he is now," Thillainayagam said in a statement.

He added: "Robin's wife, Dwina and son, Robin-John, his son Spencer and daughter Melissa have been at his bedside every day, talking to him and playing his favorite music to him. They have been tireless in their determination never to give up on him."

Gibb has been ill for several months and he cancelled multiple public appearances last year. He has said on his website last year that he had been seriously ill but did not give more details. He did tell the BBC he had a growth on his colon that was removed. Several media outlets have reported he has cancer.

Thank you Ute. This is my favorite Bee Gees song.

I am glad to hear that Robin is back with us. His family says that he is talking. I hope that they take the time to say all the things that need to be said.

Hugs to you all for posting updates.
