I do know there is lots of activity there and a little boy on the second floor I believe he likes to roll balls on the floor I believe he may be in the 8 to 12 year old age range.
Hey Mike, Is there anything of note in this video? It seems to be raw footage.
At one point Chris asks if there is anyone there. I got Sally Ryder as a name. No idea if this is correct. I do not know the history. Has anyone else come across a spirit named Sally at this location?
Thx, Bonnie

My guess is that Sally Ryder was either a nurse when it was a tuberculosis hospital back in the 1930's or possibly a patient from that time period but I need to do additional research on the place but if there are spirits there in distress it would be really cool to go there and see what is going on with them. Also one EVP I heard I got an older male spirit person who didn't seem very thrilled the investigators were there and also some can stay grumpy or angry like when they were alive after they leave their bodies so I would use caution for that factor. Also I was thinking if ancestry.com could help to look for her historically.
From the website find a grave I found a Sally Adams Ryder who passed in 1936 around the same year that Waverly was used as a hospital and she was born in 1850 and buried in Grand Haven Ottawa County Michigan.
