Hello Bonnie and Everyone!

I finally have the videos completed, edited and uploaded. I may have one more to add regarding some brief notes I took while on the 9th floor, but the most essential video coverage, including documentation of what took place outside the court house and personal interviews granted to me by Mr. Eddie Jones and a couple of Michael Jackson fans, are ready for viewing.

I would like to thank Eddie Jones for his time, and for his honest opinions expressed in my video. I would also like to add that I totally agree with him regarding how important it is that ALL of Michael's fans and supporters around the world remain united. I witnessed some things outside the court house that did not reflect favorably on Michael's fans, and I don't want the MSM to have anything that they can use against Michael and/or his fan base.

The first video is a collage of photographs and camcorder footage. It is dedicated to Michael's fans as well as his critics, and if you listen carefully, the music can be heard from Michael's perspective, the perspective of his individual fans, and is a call for peace. I used a very special song by Joe South from the very early 1970s, and it's one that I haven't heard in years, but it was playing in my head for a day or two, and I felt that it was appropriate for this video and the message I wanted to convey. The song was also chosen in the hope that Michael's fans in Germany and throughout Europe would be able to see this video without being blocked due to copyright restrictions.

These videos are being posted and shared HERE, on Bonnie's site, before being shared and posted any place else.

Thank you for waiting, and I hope you enjoy!
Much love,
Carmen

This video represents live and basically unedited coverage of what I saw and heard. You will see Joe and Katherine Jackson quickly entering the court house, and I do comment on that segment, along with the random ticket drawing that took place.

Thanks to Mr. Eddie Jones for giving me his time and this interview. It's 5 minutes worth listening to, and I think his points are very well made.

These two fans/supporters spent time with Michael Jackson and recall their time at Neverland. I call these videos "testimonials" because they represent either eye-witness accounts of time spent with Michael Jackson, or they represent testimony in which Michael is defended and his family is being stood up for and defended.

Thank You so much Carmen!!!

Great interviews!

Interesting to hear the same observations as the ones we have been discussing and posting here expressed by all the people in the interviews.

There is an absolute consensus of opinion out there from those that have tapped into this case and Michael's energy.

Hello Irina and MlovesYou. :)

You're very welcome! And yes, Irina, you're right about "an absolute consensus of opinion" regarding many things we've discussed here also being discussed else where, and THAT being reflected in these interviews. People are getting the information, discussing it, thinking about it, digesting it, and sharing it. GOOD!!!

Hi Carmen,

You did a REALLY GREAT JOB!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the footage :D .

While watching it I felt constant shivers running up and down from my head to my toes.
You are a master. I felt as if I myself had been at the courthouse.

The song fits absolutely in there. Yes and it is not blocked. Thank you for thinking of us :) .
Amazing that the lyrics of the refrain were going on on my mind since 2-3 weeks.
When talking to people and it came to old lies I always said these words in the end that I am convinced that noone had liked to walk in Michael´s shoes even for a second.

Carmen, would it be okay for you, I translate it to show it here in Germany too. And a thought is coming in - I could show it during my next lecture,
This would be great!!

Thank you again for doing this for Michael and us and I agree with Irina and you regarding the absolute consensus of opinion.

Great thank to Eddie Jones.

And big thank to you again Bonnie for your board of Love where we have grown and gone together so far :) .

It is all for L.O.V.E

GREAT JOB CARMEN!! How wonderful that you found people who had personal experience with Michael. All 3 interviews truly prove that awareness of what 'really' happened to him is truly growing. Very encouraging! Thanks for your efforts, professionalism, and for asking all the right questions!

To Madelon, Jane and Chaturi, thank you for your kind words and appreciation for my efforts. I meant to be the eyes and ears of those who could not be there. I intend to share these with my Facebook friends, family and associates. Eye witness accounts and interviews with people who actually knew Michael or spent some time with him and saw Neverland for themselves are extremely valuable, and the MSM won't make any effort to get this type of information out. That means it's up to us to be Michael's Messengers. :)

Warm hugs to all of you!

Hello Anne! It's done with love, respect, and admiration for Michael and his fans around the world. And for his family.

I didn't reach out to help him or offer support in 2003-2005, but I can do my part NOW, and try to make a difference. Wanting to make a difference and trying to make a difference are two more reasons for so many of us to come here and enjoy this special place that Bonnie created.

I do feel very blessed, Anne. Just being here and having all of you, and learning about Michael from his fans since his passing, I do feel very blessed.

Love,
Carmen

Carmen,
You are a very precious beautiful soul. Really a gift to us all. I keep thinking that Michael really brought us together to grieve and console each other and find answers together and this is exactly what is happening here. I am noticing that each one here is endowed with very special talent(s). I am really admiring the one you are sharing with us. You are a gifted woman. Bonnie as a spirit advocate is a beautiful person as well, so happy to experience such generosity from her and from you. I am glad to be part of this small, loving community around Michael and other interesting stimulating subjects. I feel blessed too.

Between you and Bonnie and everyone who has thought, prayed and posted positive things about Michael, thank you, thank you, thank you, you all have made it easier to deal with this tragic loss in history. I am so thankful to have found such friends(I consider you all my friends) with all the same goals...to find justice for Michael and to find peace of mind.
Love you all

Awesome Job Carmen!

I loved all of your videos, but especially the testimonials from the fans. It is so wonderful to have these documented videos of the trial, as most of us are not able to make it to the court hearings. Does anyone know of an address to write to in support of Michael that would help make a difference that way? Do you know Carmen?

I think the opposition is hoping that by January the anger and shock over what Murray did will have died down. I think that is part of the delay tactics.

Love you all lots,

Mar

Hello again, Anne.

Thank you for your incredibly kind words. I haven't posted much this past week due to feeling a bit down (missing Michael and thinking a lot about him, of course), and doing a tremendous amount of house work, which was much needed and long over due. That's not the most exciting way to spend my vacation time, but I keep telling myself that my home is my castle, and cleaning, sorting, tidying, organizing, relining kitchen and bathroom shelves, scrubbing sinks and tubs and shower doors, doing laundry, etc, is a form of self-care. Playing Michael Jackson's music helps, but the various piles of magazines and fabrics, while contained in plastic and paper wrappings, is a major pain to have to move from one location to another while vacuum cleaning. Every time I clean my apartment, I'm reminded of why I do it so seldom.

I do feel a bit relieved that the work is done, finally. That major task had to be completed before I could move on to some of the other tasks I have to tackle. Well, at least I can honestly say that I'm never bored!

As for Michael bringing people together, I guess that's true, although my personal belief is that God brought me here. Michael did bring millions of people together in life, but it was his death that brought many of us in this forum together. This applies to the two other sites I have frequented since his death as well. We have been united in our grief, our sorrow, our desire for answers and for justice.

I hadn't thought about your observation regarding the posters here and their individual, unique talents, and how each person uses his or her talents for the benefit of the others - and for Michael in some way - but once I read your observation, I immediately agreed with you. Each active poster here, as well as Bonnie herself, gives something to others and we benefit as a whole from the various inputs. Excellent observation on your part, Anne!

Warmly,
Carmen

Hello ChristinaM.

Thank you for the positive feedback on my video coverage. I am doing the best I can, and it means a lot to know that some of Michael's fans and supporters are watching my coverage. Thank you for visiting my channel as well. I have an eclectic mix of subjects on it.

I do not foresee being able to attend the next hearing in October, but I'm going to try very hard to cover the one on January 4, 2011. I don't know if I can get that day off from work, but I'll wait and see.

The September 15th lecture being held in Los Angeles and being attended by Tom Messereau is one I would have loved to have been able to cover, but I would never be able to get off from work in time. I also can't spend the amount of money that was being asked for this event. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to pick and choose where to spend our resources of time, energy and money.

We are a family here. :)

Warmly,
Carmen

Hello marleneho. :)

Thank you for the positive feedback! The testimonials from fans and from people who saw and met Michael in person are among the most valuable to me, as well, because they help to paint a different picture from the one painted by the MSM and the tabloid media. There are other testimonies I would like to get on camcorder, but that will take some time. The people I have in mind were also witnesses to some things in the final months and weeks of Michael's life, but I don't know if they would be willing to talk to me. There is also division among many of Michael's fans regarding the type of information they want released and put out there.

Regarding an address to write to in support of Michael getting justice, or in support of the truth coming out and being allowed to be heard, I would go in the direction of Judge Michael E. Pastor. I'll see if I can find an address for letters to be sent to him. What I would ask of Judge Pastor is that he do his best to remain impartial and to allow the truth to come out - regardless as to what that truth is or where it may lead. That truth may be unflattering to a great many people, including but not limited to Michael and Conrad Murray, AEG, Sony, Branca, etc.

Regarding possible delay tactics, most criminals and people accused of a crime do not request a quick and speedy trial. The idea is to have the case drag on and drag out so that witnesses eventually forget, the public eventually doesn't care as much or at all, and it possibly becomes harder to obtain witnesses who might give testimony against the accused. On the flip side of the coin, it might be easier to find a calm and rational jury by January than it would have been if this case had gone to trial by November 2009, for instance. We have to want an impartial judge and an impartial jury. I think those two elements are the most crucial in the beginning. The issue of Richard Fine and what he has fought against is also highly important and relevant here. Why? Because if the judge presiding over this case is among the over 400 who took bribes, we as fans and supporters of Michael - AND SUPPORTERS OF JUSTICE FOR ALL, as our pledge of allegiance here in America goes - cannot expect Michael to have his fair day in court if money is passing hands behind closed doors, and deals are being made to protect ALL those responsible for Michael's death. Murray may not have acted alone or have been soley responsible for Michael's death. If that is the case, and I personally suspect it is, Judge Pastor, or any other judge appointed to this case, is undoubtedly going to be under enormous hidden pressure. This would also mean that this case could be predetermined from the outset, and little more than what is called 'a dog and pony show.' I hope with all my heart that Judge Pastor will be fair and impartial and will seek the truth, wherever it may lead.

Warmly,
Carmen

According to this link, Michael E. Pastor is up for re-election in 2010. I don’t know if he was already re-elected, or if that election is yet to pass. It’s something to think about.

http://judgepedia.org/index.php/Michael_E._Pastor

I am unable to find a specific mailing address for Judge Pastor, but I firmly believe that writing to him at this court location, along with properly addressing both the letter and the judge himself, will increase the chances of your letter(s) reaching him. This is coming from someone who has written many, many letters over the years, both to civilians and to celebrities. If anyone chooses to write such a letter, I do think the form and tone of the letter are important, as is showing respect for Judge Pastor and his position and title.

Here’s a link with the address for the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center. After citing my 1992 edition of “Emily Post’s Etiquette,” along with a certain website which I will link to here, I have formulated the following way to address the envelope of a letter to Judge Michael E. Pastor:

The Honorable Michael E. Pastor
Judge, Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center
210 West Temple Street
Los Angeles, Ca. 90012

If you are writing from a country or province outside of the United States, then it would be best to write “U.S.A.” below the Los Angeles line.

When you address the judge, you may write “Dear Sir” or “Dear Judge Pastor.”

“Very truly yours” or “Respectfully yours” are proper closings before signing your name.

http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/locations/ui/location.aspx?loc=CCB&

http://www.ehow.com/how_2301648_address-letter-judge.html

I hope this information is helpful to anyone wishing to write a letter to Judge Pastor.

Hi everyone,

this is the footage I would like to bring to our attention anew.

Here is the speech of Eddie Jones when he - towards the end of it - speaks about to stick together and what "their" intentions are.
It starts at 4:20 .

BTW, Carmen, thank you again so much for providing us this brilliant genuine footage.
Whenever I show it in my lectures people would get very attentively.

So thank you very much - it is helpful everywhere and -time!!

It´s all for L.O.V.E

To add: also please recall how Michael got isolated in the D. Wiesner interview at 10:52.
