Thank you for posting this updated information, Bonnie. I read a portion of this in today's Los Angeles Times, courtesy of my coworker, who has been keeping an eye on any news in the local papers related to Richard Fine and his incarceration.

Rather than admit any wrong doing, the judge and the courts would just as soon label Fine crazy. I wonder how much hidden public pressure and questioning was going on over the past several months: How many letters and e-mails were sent to newspaper editors; how many Internet message board posts were being received, sent and noticed; and how many eyes were watching and noticing that something's not right here.

They can label Fine "crazy" all they want. At least he's free, and now he can speak and give some interviews. I'm sure many people would like to hear what he has to say, despite being labeled "crazy."

I'll watch Mr. Wagener's video when I get home this evening.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Mr. Fine was incarcerated wrongfully. I am very glad to know he is free, but at what price? This remains to be seen.

I was reading and viewing the video when Carmen posted. When I logged in, I read her comment and agree with her 100%.

The majority of people don't realize how corrupt our judicial system is. I have been wrestling with the deceit and the immense power that detectives, prosecutors and judges have over the people due to a painful occurence in 2005. Apathy will give the judicial system more and more power, and I don't mean in a positive way. Fabrications, destruction and/or tampering of exculpatory evidence and bribes are very common in the system. I am hesitant to call it justice.

"His conduct is bizarre" was the explanation given only because Fine challenged the system. The great majority of people wouldn't. It's more than difficult. Richard Fine is not crazy, but sadly, too many people will believe this trumped-up distortion and give unguarded credit to the judge. The system is full of thugs who are, for the most part, immune from any charges. I'm certain Mr. Fine has all of his faculties and is quite aware of what he did, all in hopes of bringing the depravity in the 'justice' system to the attention of the people.

Unfortunately, it would be an uphill battle to get this judge Yaffe, among others, disbarred. These people have a lot of power and support from duplicitous individuals with the same immunity. I view it like a 'legal' mob. Many people have fallen victim to the system and are eliminated if they don't walk the line or attempt to uncover the criminal misconduct.

Mr. Fine was incarcerated illegally. By rights, he should be able to sue the county of Los Angeles. I hope he continues to challenge the 'judicial' system with determination. We The People need to remain vigilant concerning our rights as citizens. The abuse of Mr. Fine's Constitutional Rights affects all of us. It isn't just Los Angeles County.

Judicial Watch is one organization among many that works on the checks and balances of criminal behavior by those in positions of trust in the courts.

Thank you, Irina. Thank you, Bonnie.

I am so glad that Mr. Fine is out of jail finally! I hope he is doing OK and that he will recover soon from all the torture he was put under.
Last week I mailed to all big TV stations and political magazins here in Germany to make them aware of what happens in L.A. with Mr. Fine. I really really hope that his story will be looked into by the investigation teams of those media outlets and hopefully they will report about it.
I truly believe that as long as those same judges are in power there can not be real justice for Michael or anyone else. Because if they take money from their county or district, they surely will also take money from influental people, companies and so on...to rule in their favour.

Dear Friends:

Please excuse my delay in communicating with you. I am still recovering from the 18 months of incarceration.

On behalf of my wife Maryellen, my daughter Tory and myself, I thank you for all of your prayers and efforts to help win my freedom.

The fight against corruption and to restore our judicial system is not easy. However, together, we have demonstrated that we will not allow our constitutional rights to be destroyed by corrupt judges. Judge Yaffe resigned from office after I reported him to the California Commission on Judicial Performance and sought his removal. Ronald M. George, the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court who knowingly oversaw the illegal county payments to the California judges has resigned from office rather that run for re-election. We have had an impact. We currently have requests for grand jury investigations of judges pending and requests for congressional investigations pending. The crusade is gathering steam.

We must now be ever vigilant to vote out all judges and justices in California who received the illegal payments, ensure that corruption does not occur in other states and in the federal judiciary, and pursue our grand jury and congressional investigations.

We now have the momentum! Let us continue together to victory.

Once again, a BIG thank you. Without your prayers and support, I would never have survived this ordeal.

God Bless You.

Richard

MlovesYou: The corruption and injustices going on in the law and the courts are not known to many. Mr. Fine did a superb job in keeping strong and now following up on the justice system in the U.S. I'm also involved as much as I can be in this area of civil liberties. The abuses do go as far as the U.S. Supreme Court. It is alarming that we must prompt them to stay in line. We should feel secure. I know of too many people who are wrongfully convicted and still remain in prison. I attended a 4 day 35c in August. Incredible miscarriage of justice!

Thank you so much for posting the Richard Fine interview from "Full Disclosure," MlovesYou. I've finally had the time and energy to sit down and give it my full attention, and it was well worth watching. I want to share this man's story, his ordeal, and his fight for justice in our court system with my friends, family and coworkers.

Too bad Oprah hasn't devoted one of her shows to THIS man! How about it, Oprah? Why not give Richard Fine an hour to tell his story? And when she's done interviewing him, I'd love it if she interviewed some former MKUltra victims. I may just send her an e-mail with those very suggestions!

She's going for ratings, no doubt. I'm going for educating the public.
