I ran across this article on the web: New song is played on the website at the bottom of this post, and it is called Opis None. IT IS FREE!
Michael Jackson's mother has decided to let the world listen to a brand new unreleased MJ song -- and, taking a shot at Sony, one she claims is 100% authentic.
Please Listen. If you could add this video for me Bonnie I would greatly appreciate it.
I agree Mar, this is a distraction. MSM did cover very briefly the conflict Sony has with the family regarding the authenticity of the vocals.
Of course MSM DID NOT: Get the names of the experts and interview them. Interview a representative from Sony. Interview any family members or witnesses present when the songs were recorded.
In other words they reported on a story that should have had many verifiable facts as a he said/she said celebrity gossip story.
I am referring specifically to Good Morning America which is part of ABC News. It is a weird world when TMZ puts out more facts than ABC News.
The fact still remains that Michael did not want these songs out there regardless of who releases them.
I agree with your theory marleneho. If this is the case, it seems to be very, very deep, messy and dishonest. Sony may be feeling a little uneasy if they are behaving in this manner and as usual money appears to be the motivating factor. It really appears to me, that to some, money is their god, (an unstable way to live), this is my opinion. For myself, I wont be purchasing Sony products in the future. Not that I think that I will make too much of a difference but as a paying customer I prefer to support a business that is more above board and one that doesn't treat their customers as fools i.e. Michael's family say that it isnot his voice, yet Sony claim to have employed their own professionals to say that it is and expect the consumer to believe them over the real experts - his family.
