Irina thank you so much for posting this article, one of the most positive articles I have seen about Michael in a long time. I agree, his children are his most prized legacy. They are beautiful.

Thank you, Irina, for sharing this article. I don't know how legitimate The Daily Mail is, which is why I refrained from posting this a while ago when I first came across it.

The children will have to come up with a lot of money to purchase the property back from Colony Capital, although I think Michael's Estate is somehow tied to the property as well.

I'd like to see Tom Barrack work with Michael's Estate and Michael's children and mother, Katherine, to find a way to keep what was once Neverland alive in spirit and to honor Michael's wishes for the property.

I am, however, highly skeptical of any words and comments that Michael's children may say right now, or that his family members may say, because I've seen only too often how the media says one thing, only to turn around and say something else.

When Michael Jackson, Jr. I, Paris and Michael Jackson, Jr. II all work together to make this a reality, then I'll believe it.

I do hope I don't offend anyone when I say this, but Michael's children - beautiful as they all are - are NOT his greatest legacy.

Take his children out of the picture, and consider what you're left with, and you will know what Michael Jackson's gifts that he left for mankind truly are: Singing, dancing, world class and one-of-a-kind entertainment ("the world's greatest entertainer"), humanitarian efforts and incredible efforts to unite ALL OF MANKIND through his music.

Michael wanted to change the world and make a real difference in people's lives. He wanted this already at a very young age. At the risk of offending some people, I'm going to say it: There was a spark in Michael, lit from within, that I don't see in his children. Don't get me wrong - I have no doubt they each have their talents and gifts to share with the world, but Michael was one of a kind. His legacy is not his children, in my book.

It will be up to each of them to determine their own paths in life, and to figure out how they want to be remembered when their time comes to "cross over," and what they each want to leave behind.

What Michael left behind cannot be duplicated.

Thank you again, Irina.

Carmen,

I did not say Michael's children are his ONLY legacy. No one can dispute Michael's  giftedness, his humanitarian efforts and his message of peace and healing.

Yes, there are millions out there who do appreciate  Michael's artistic legacy and humanitarian efforts. Yet  there are still just as many out there who are not attuned to any of this;  or just know Michael's music but are completely unaware of his message, as it was and continues to be suppressed.

It is my hope that with time the veil will lift and all about Michael will become transparent.

Although I have on occasion drawn conclusions about some events that have taken place in Michael's life, and what possibly may have prompted them, I do try my best to abstain from drawing conclusions about Michael's mental state and its effect on his behavior as I did not get to know him in the physical realm.

When I see Michael's children I do not yet draw conclusions as to who they will become. Nor do I place expectations on them to follow in his footsteps or to inherit his talents. It is too much too soon. Michael went through that and paid dearly for it. His children should be allowed to enjoy their childhood and for it to be as normal as possible. I believe that is what Michael always wanted and still wants for them.

Instead when I hear Michael's children share snippets of their times together with their Dad I feel that Michael  left an indelible mark by giving them unconditional love and nurturing. I look at them and I know that, even if you take away all of the music he left us and the accolades, Michael was here. Michael's children love him unconditionally and because of that they will forever carry him in their hearts.
And that is his most prized legacy.

Additional note:

Please, lets not forget that Michael expressed on a number of occasions, as well as in his first channeled message, that he longed for privacy and to be left alone to enjoy his life and his children.

I posted the article above for the sentiment expressed in it.
As far as validity of the article the same can be applied to the majority of news sources we have been following and quoting.
