I think it is save to say that TMZ has been severely compromised. Sony has been a sponsor for several months and recently gave them the new Sony Internet Television that they are using and promoting on every show. No surprise that Harvey would do something that he never does and comment on the newly released music in Sony's favor. If he says otherwise they will take his "balls" and go home.
I consider this to be a well designed distraction from obtaining justice for Michael.
No doubt he was an outstanding artist, but he was also a man and a Dad. He was murdered and deserves those involved to be exposed, investigated, and brought to trial.
It is very clear that Michael would not want unfinished music release and certainly not under the Sony banner. It is blood money. Please remain focused on justice.

Not even an hour after the Twitter question and answer event, TMZ is already calling Randy Jackson a lunatic for refusing to cave to pressure from Sony and the executors of Michael’s estate and say “it’s Michael’s voice.” Source
TMZ quoted Randy as saying, “Jackson tweeted, "Some of the songs are him, and some aren't. I would be [sic] my life on that (Randy did NOT say this first part, I have all the twitters) ... I know this may seem harsh, but this is the truth, as I know it..."
So TMZ is not beyond taking a quote of Randy’s and adding to it . . . Just Like Sony adding to Michael’s unfinished songs, it is a trait that must run in the family.
They say Randy is “conspiratorial”. Well, he’s not the one that enacted the conspiracy so this would be false as well. Randy only shared what happened. The headline? “Randy Goes Nuts Over Michael’s Album”
First , this was NOT Michael’s album. Michael was not here, Michael did not bless this deal, Michael did not even finish these songs.
And Michael never, ever, ever would have sold ANY of his work to Sony.

I regret that I did not get everyone’s twitters copied to this but I did get all of Randy’s, all of mine, and as much as the in between as I could.
I suspect that Randy will get attacked over this, but he shouldn’t be. He is only stating what happened. He did dispel the rumors surrounding some of the tracks on the album. In comments, I have some thoughts for you.
Thank you Randy for taking the time to post this and spending time on Twitter. It was too short, but it should not have had to be done at all. Please give our love to your family and Michael’s children.

if you look at his twitter page you'll see all of his comments without anyone else's.
I wish he would've been able to do some questions and answers but I think that would be really hard and require several people to type his answers for him while the questions are read and answered.
Hopefully he will get to read and answer some of the other questions and respond to the ITV mess.
I felt my core shake when I read that in there about Ronnie Chasen.
I had heard that she was randomly killed and, when I was talking with my daughter about it last night - my daughter said "5-gun shots - that was not random". For a second I wondered if she was on of the casualties of those in the MJ Circle of friends and business associates - but, then I just dismissed this thought.
Bonnie, have you done any research to know if she was connected to Michael and why this would have happened. Was she being a strong voice - did she know too much . .. or am I being too paranoid?
