I know this is not right for them to do this but I feel before I can voice my opinion I need to see more or know more, I think we need more facts about this to fight for Michael, we can't fight it if we don't really know much about this. Please don't take this the wrong way cause I will do anything to stand up and fight for Michael I love him with all my heart and I will fight for him until the day I die.
Hmmm. . . the Discovery Channel chooses to do an autopsy episode on Michael Jackson. I'm not familiar with that channel anymore, as I haven't watched it since 2001 or 2002. Is it their normal practice to feature autopsy dramas on deceased celebrities? I tend to think not.
I do find it rather odd that they feel the need to do this. I don't have a problem with an episode featuring autopsy procedures, in general terms, for educational purposes, but I don't think this episode is really about education.
Try JURY TAMPERING.
The first day of the preliminary hearing, which will determine whether or not there is enough evidence to put Conrad Murray on trial for involuntary manslaughter, is scheduled for January 4, 2011. So, about one week later, this particular Discovery Channel episode will air.
Convenient.
The dots, as I personally connect them, are gathered as follows: 1) Conrad Murray is NOT going to stand trial. That has possibly already been predetermined. (Some very powerful people may be making sure of this). 2) Before Judge Pastor can make the determination that there isn't enough evidence for Murray to stand trial, some of that evidence must be missing, tampered with, incomplete, questionable or destroyed. 3) The substances in the vials, syringes, etc., are decaying. Time is of the essence, and already Murray's attorney's could make the argument that key evidence of the exact amounts of various substances are no longer measurable or retrievable. 4) The coroner and his associates, along with both sets of attorneys, did not discuss this issue immediately after the time of Michael Jackson's death. When this issue was pursued and pushed, it was ignored by people who were in a position to address it, deal with it and take care of it. 5) Those key people chose NOT to address this issue. 6) If the outcome of the trial has already been determined, and/or there will be no trial, which may also have already been determined, then it doesn't surprise me that Discovery Channel is presenting this type of material to the public.
What I do personally find surprising is that instead of doing a dramatized autopsy episode, the Discovery Channel isn't doing some REAL investigative work, such as: 1) Covering the time frame of Michael's death 2) Lividity setting in (and the disruption patterns of it on his wrists, underarms and ankles, as though his body had been moved after it started to set in) 3) CPR methods used by the cardiologist known as Dr. Conrad Murray, which involve performing CPR on a soft surface, like a bed 4) Paramedics pronouncing Michael D.O.A. (dead on arrival), only to be overridden by Murray, a Dr., who wanted to continue CPR (on a man whom he KNEW was DEAD!) 5) Murray's refusal to sign the death certificate, followed by immediately leaving UCLA and disappearing for three days 6) Murray's attorneys presenting the argument to Judge Pastor that there were no witnesses to PROVE that it was actually Dr. Murray who administered the fatal dose of Propofol. If it was not Murray, who else could have and would have entered the room to push the IV and deliver the fatal dose? Where was Murray when this was happening? Where was Murray when lividity was setting in? Michael had been dead for 3 - 5 hours before the paramedics were called, and the lividity patterns on his body would indicate that his body was moved from the original location to another location at a later time following his death.
I can see where we are headed, and I would suggest that Michael's fans and supporters who are following this case be prepared for the growing possibility that Murray will NOT be asked to stand trial come January 4, 2011, and even if he does, the outcome may have already been predetermined. I don't enjoy typing this, but it has occurred to me over the past couple of days. I put in my request to take January 4th off from work, so I will be there to cover this event with my digital camera and camcorder. I am mentally preparing myself for the worst case scenario, and the signs we are getting as of late all seem to be pointing in that direction - in my personal opinion only.
Michael's dignity is, once again, being tampered with, as Irina has observed. The ever-so-important vials and syringes have not been tested, and despite repeated requests to do so, have STILL not been tested. Amazingly enough, the coroner himself actually forgot to do this exercise, or deliberately chose not to, so now a loophole has been created for the extremely important "We don't have enough evidence against Dr. Conrad Murray" statement to be made. Oh, and yes, the Cascios are out promoting the new Michael Jackson/Sony album, and their many, many years spent as loyal loving friends to Michael Jackson 'proves' that the songs they've submitted are genuine in terms of MJ vocals.
The way I see things, as of this afternoon when I started connecting my own dots, is that it's BUSINESS AS USUAL.
Now, I am beginning to wonder how the many Michael Jackson fans and supporters around the world will react if one of two scenarios unfolds: Murray never goes to trial, or Murray is found not guilty.
This is not going to be pretty.

I would like to add something to Karin´s comment. I was led to a forum on David Icke´s site (I cannot find it at the moment - sorry) where someone pointed to oprah´s network. Reading backwards the initials of OWN = NWO. This person who pointed out to it says that oprah loves such things, so her "harpo" =oprah when we read that backwards.
Hi Karin, I posted a comment in "Music Industry Exposed" thread about Michael´s hand sign in "They Don´t Care About Us" you asked for explanation . I did not know if you are still on the board here. I posted what comes across to me. How I came to this conclusion I have not yet been able to post but this will follow.
Speaking only for myself, I'm not signing any more petitions. If I have something to say or an issue to address, I'll do it either via e-mail, or more likely via snail mail.
I don't mean to discourage those who have signed. Please do as your heart and conscience tell you to. I just find myself having signed so many online petitions for various things over the past few years, and nothing worthwhile ever came of it. The e-mail letters we sent to Oprah were obviously ignored, as she chose to air the same shows around the Michael Jackson family show as she had scheduled prior to our efforts.
A better form of action, in my personal opinion, is to boycott the Discovery Channel and Oprah's network, and write a letter to Mr. Zaslav and Ms. Winfrey explaining why you have made this choice.
I do find it odd, if I understand correctly, that Michael's children are going to 'explain' something about this issue on December 12, 2011. This is the same family that sat down with Oprah and welcomed her into their own home.

And what Michael is telling himself. oprah and all the MSM and all those who do not want to stop trashing Michael should carefully listen to it!! It says clearly what it is about. And E. Taylor knows...... She went through all of it herself and therefore knew where Michael had to go through in his life. MJ Justice and MJ Children had a Q&A session yesterday, Dec. 12th, on Place in your Heart radio hosted by Rev. Dr. Catherine Gross. I listened for a while and their main focus was to mobilize and urge people to email their protest letters to MJJ@innocent.com. They haven't heard much from UK and are reaching out to them to write and voice their complaints.
If you haven't written to them they would appreciate a letter from you and your support. This type of documentary is unprecedented and inhumane!

I must question why any of the Jackson Family would willingly participate in anything *Winfrey*. I'm very, very confused and highly skeptical. Some in the Jackson Family embrace Winfrey, some dismiss her. I have recently started to question everything. There isn't one easy answer to these mixed messages we are getting. There is no doubt in my mind that the very people who invited Winfrey into their homes and accepted interviews with back to back shows on pedophilia, are the very ones who could prevent this morbid display from airing.
My apologies for presenting my opinions this way, but we must see through the fog and into the clearing. Winfrey, McClain, etc...

Discovery Update: Michael Jackson Autopsy Re-enactment scheduled Discovery UK January 13, 14, 16, 17, 2011.
Michael Jackson's Estate has recently advised that their team of lawyers after discussions with UK lawyers regarding the autopsy programs, were told there were insufficient legal grounds to stop Discovery from airing the planned mock autopsy of Michael Jackson.
The situation is still being monitored. In light of the above, the global effort to accelerate emails, calls and letter writing to Discovery is now critical.
A word of caution:
Please stop talking about the Discovery shows on public sites such as TMZ, CNN, Huffington Post, Yahoo -- wherever. Posting even pro-MJ / anti-Discovery comments in public achieves only one thing...
It simply does Discovery's advertising and promotional work for them and give them the kind of publicity PR professionals charge thousands for.

Hi Marleneho. Thank YOU for the additional information that you provided in your post. If my personal theory is true regarding Oprah, I wouldn't count on her doing anything at all to stop this autopsy documentary from appearing. Even if she did put in a word, so to speak, it would mean as little to me personally as Michael's Estate issuing its rather late statement.

Meanwhile my opinion about this subject - especially the letter of THE ESTATE to Discovery - is that they are playing the "good cop/ bad cop" game. I am not quite sure about possible ties between Discovery and Sony but there may be some in this corporate jungle. The positive side-effect of it is that through the protest letter Branca shows Michaels fans and the public that he is indeed a good guy and therewith all the conspiracy theories are not true. But it's just a feeling I have that all this may just be a cruel game ... or at least very convenient for them.

This is only and opinion but I believe the Estate is responding to fan pressure by putting out that letter/statement to Discovery. It is much too late and I doubt strongly that they would not have been aware of any such idea while still in concept form.
My thinking is that the Estate would have had to sign some sort of formal release form for Michael's name and possibly likeness to be used in a documentary.

Isn't it interesting that the "Estate" threatens to sue Katherine over a book with HER SON'S likeness, but no legal action is being taken against this documentary which is scheduled to air while the real court proceedings take place. The smell just gets worse and worse.

Hi I wrote some emails out to several political friends about the "TV show" and am trying to get Rachel Maddow to talk about it on her show. Here's the forum on Discovery where you can make a posting.
I think letters to the editor especially the LA Times, or any major papers will help. No one knows about this. Time to enlist your local political activists, human rights people, etc. Progressive Democrats of America, Media Matters, Michael Moore (definately)

I was quite prepared to openly speculate on the possibility of back room deals made with the Estate and certain possible legal technicalities that the makers of the documentary may have gotten around (with possible help from people higher up), but if the story is true that the Discovery Channel is giving way to pressure from the Estate and not pushing forward with this, then I'll remain silent on this topic.

I just wanted to add that I had just finished watching Michael´s HIStory Concert in Munich 1997 on TV with HIStory song at the end of it. This song is posted here in Michael´s Legacy thread. Michael performs this song showing the flags of all countries. I thought "yes, he unites the people through his music and Love " when I jumped in here - and found this beautiful news :D . I think Michael's fans put pressure on the Estate to issue a statement and finally take some form of action. To be quite honest, I'm surprised that the show was cancelled. I'm surprised the Estate said or did anything. I won't lie about it or beat around the bush. I've become very cynical in regards to the Estate, and the power of money and ratings and viewer numbers has become very apparent to me since Michael's death.
If Michael's fans around the world could set aside small personal differences and stop quibbling over little things, they really could and would make a difference in any direction they choose to focus their collective energy upon. This is in no way meant as a condescending statement, but rather a statement of fact.
I'm so used to seeing arguing, fighting, personal views being taken personally by other Michael Jackson fans, that it's almost pointless to enter certain discussions on certain message boards. One's post either gets deleted, or the entire thread gets deleted.
I just read a post on the Sony site in which a fan asks "Where are all of Michael's celebrity friends now?" and "Is this a repeat of 2005?" To be honest, that's a good and fair question. The same people who had no difficulty getting their TV camera face time during the Staples memorial and funeral service are indeed deathly silent since then.
That same fan asked "Where is Michael's family and why aren't they issuing statements against this documentary?" Again, that's a good question. That fan mentioned that the visible and audible support from Michael Jackson's family is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to the fans, and I agree with this sentiment completely. I do hope all of them will make the effort to be there, present and visibly supportive of their son, brother, uncle and father on January 4, 2011. It would mean so much to so many.
As I sit back and think about all that I've read, listened to and witnessed since June 25, 2009, and if I'm completely honest, I must conclude that is was and remains Michael's fans who are the most loving, passionate, loyal, forgiving and supportive of him. They love and support him without conditions or stipulations. I do hope to see his family on January 4, 2011, and I'm glad that his fans didn't just complain about the documentary but took action - and quite possibly forced the Estate to take action as well. Why Michael's Estate didn't take immediate action is anyone's guess.
Michael, your fans have your back covered. They love you and will continue to love you FOREVER.
