I found this on Facebook under, "Sunflowers for Michael",(Sandy Lee Scott). They are inviting people to donate in support of the above cause. Is this normal practice? Does any one know anything about this? Just wondering what the feeling is before I consider committing to anything.
Being in the entertainment industry I would want to know:
An outline or "treatment" of the show. Where will this show air? Are there any major: actors,directors, producers attached to the project?
Without at least the above information the documentary will never see light of day.
Going after Sneddon is old news from 2005.
I would be more interested in a real and verifiable investigation with interviews of anyone who remotely knows anything about the current MURDER case. Of course getting those people will be very difficult even for the court case since the scope of the case is Dr. Murray only. Michael and his family are all saying to look past Dr. Murray and follow the money.
BTW...I pitched this to CBS 48 Hours Mystery a long time ago now and they declined saying it was too expensive to produce.

I recall that Mr. Wagener has been speaking about doing this project since early 2010 (it's on a thread somewhere here). I tend to not think it's a scam, but then I tend to trust too easily sometimes. I would like to hear what he plans to do with the donations if they fall short of what's needed to produce it.
Yes that was the point I was trying to make. We all tend to trust too easily and it is hard to know who is on the up-and-up. You can't even trust the organizations we perceive as legitimate. Thanks again Chaturi96 and thanks to you for the websites Marta.

Personally speaking, I would not donate any money to any Facebook causes unless you can verify the legitimacy of the cause and how the money will end up where it's supposed to.
If you wish to support Mr. Wagener's efforts to make this documentary, I would strongly suggest waiting until he himself has fulfilled the promise he made to create an official website for this project. Once that website is up, he should be able and willing to answer any questions from MJ fans and supporters regarding how this money will be used.
I have had a very enjoyable, informative and enlightening conversation with William Wagener myself some time ago, and I saw him at the June 14th hearing for Murray in down town Los Angeles. Mr. Wagener's goal is to take the vindication Michael achieved in the court room and make it TRUE IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION.
Michael was found innocent of ALL charges in a court of law. However, as we know, he is still guilty to many in the Court of Public Opinion. By creating this documentary, which will have to be funded somehow (and apparently Michael's rich celebrity friends are not volunteering here), Mr. Wagener wants to get the truth out to the masses regarding what REALLY happened in that court room and how Michael, although found legally innocent, was essential shoved under the bus by the MSM, which of course determines what we each see, hear and read.
Mr. Wagener wants to get Michael's vindication out to the masses and wants the general public to know what happened and how Michael was lied about. I'm not going to discuss his opinions regarding Michael's death, as that is private and for him alone to discuss and share on his own terms, in his own way and in his own time. I have no right to do that.
My personal impression and belief is that before he retires, he wants Michael Jackson vindicated in the Court of Public Opinion. He wants the truth to be known and he knows the MSM will not help him in that department.
All of Bonnie's questions are appropriate and fair, in my personal opinion, and should be asked by those who wish to have more information before making a decision. Those questions should also be answered by Mr. Wagener himself, when his official website for this project is up and running. If I donate anything, it will be to Mr. Wagener via his official website and NOT through a Facebook site or source. He has stressed not only to me personally how he's going to fund this documentary, but also via his YouTube videos, and I intend to hold him to his word.

There is so much out there which is why only I only normally limit my self to Bonnie's site and one other as I find these to be really decent, in the sense of people not crucifying one another and reliable. I rarely visit Facebook but on this occasion......
