Hi all,

This just out yesterday: 1/1/2011 1:00 AM PST by TMZ Staff

Well...It looks like the Murray defence team is back to the "he killed himself" theory with a twist.

http://www.tmz.com/person/michael-jackson

The defense, (this time) is going to use past concerts and say Michael was in a "weakened state" during his concerts.

Also Michael's eldest son (Prince Michael) might be asked to testify for the Defense. I know Prince testifying was probably inevitable, but I get really anxious for him just thinking about what he will go through.

http://mjforeverlove.wordpress.com/2011/01

Murray goes on trial next week: Reminder, everyone: the preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 4, 2011.

Bonnie, do you have any insite into what Michael thinks about Murry's defence? Just wondering.

Love,

Mar

Hi Mar,

just looking at it they seem really desperate, like they're grasping at just about anything. Maybe they are not too confident at the moment. Just from my perspective as I've never seen anything like this over where I'm from.

Lots of love to you Mar.

Hi Mar,

He is very upset about being accused of taking his own life and the way high profile cases seem to magically disappear.

Obviously the testing of fluids is critical to the case. Things are not looking good there either since they were not preserved correctly. This is inexcusable
and enough to get the testing done by the state thrown out. I guess we will know more in a few days.

As unspeakable as it seems that Prince may be called for the defense, I'd think he could assure them that his dad would never take his own life...but no doubt they'll know better than to take him down that road.
Sadly, The defense can get away with 'murder', as it all boils down to the fact that the burden of proof lies with the prosecution ~

Carmen, Thank you again for being there for Michael, and all of us!!

All for Love,
Chaturi

Hi Chaturi and Everyone.

Yes, I'll be there. I'm mentally preparing myself and am almost chomping at the bit, so to speak. I hope it doesn't rain on Tuesday, but no matter, I'll be there with both cameras. After all, the MSM will be there with their cameras, the judge will be there, Michael's parents will surely be there, and Murray will be there.

The Prosecution will reveal what it has to offer on Tuesday, and the Defense can then consider what strategy they wish to use. I hope the paramedics who responded to the call are summoned, as well as every single security guard who worked that night.

Then there are certain fans who watched and saw the comings and goings of people, and who observed Michael for days, weeks and months prior to this tragic and sad event. I can think of numerous eye witnesses the Prosecution should want to talk to, and we must also keep in mind that in searching for the truth and hoping that Murray will be held accountable for his negligence, there will be comments and observations that will not be entirely complimentary towards Michael. That does not mean that he deserved to die or deserved what happened to him.

What I am saying is that Michael's fans and supporters need to brace themselves for the double edged sword that the truth often carries.

I hope with all my heart that I get to be inside that court room on Tuesday. To those who do attend this event and who are reading this, please bring note pad and pencil or pen so that you can take notes for those who don't get inside. I think it's so valuable to have a perspective that's not media based. Yes, MJ fans and supporters have their own personal bias, that's true. But at this point I consider that bias a fair counterbalance to what was done to Michael when he was alive.

The more perspectives we get, the better.

Love,
Carmen

Thank you for the insight Veronica. The defense does seem desperate, but ready to come out fighting. Yicks!

Thank you for the message as to what Michael is thinking Bonnie. I am wondering about the testing of fluids also. They can't be that unprofessional to let the fluids disintegrate. That has to be purposeful, as these are professionals that were given ample extra months to “cross the Ts and dot the Is” as it was reported in the press, but trying to prove tampering or purposely handling the tubes improperly is another story. Or…Maybe they can be that dumb.

Chaturi I agree that Prince could assure them that his dad would never take his own life. Being Michael's son I am wondering how much validity that would have. I have a suspicion they will make Prince relive the day..I can't even type it. That is what I am most anxious about.

Thanks Carmen for being so strong for us all. I wanted to go but I would not be able to take it. I would be a basket case. I would like to send a traveling donation to help with the expenses if you wouldn't mind. That would make me feel like I am supporting you and Michael. Is there a way I could do that Carmen or Bonnie? Would that be helpful? I am praying you get inside the court room!

Lots of love and blessings to all,

Mar

Hi marleneho. :)

Speaking for myself, no donations or financial compensation of any kind is wanted, needed or asked for. I don't mind doing this, and down town Los Angeles is actually very close to where I live. It's truly a miracle and a wonderful thing (pardon me for phrasing it that way, as nothing about what's coming is 'wonderful' in terms of what Michael's family and fans are going to go through), that I live so close to where the hearings are taking place. If this were happening in another state or another country, I would be awaiting the videos and summaries from someone else lucky enough to do this.

On the Sony site, there are many fans spreading the word throughout Michael's fan base to engage in group prayer at the start time of the hearing. I've been asked about the official start time, which I do not know, but I speculate that it will be around 12:00 PM if my past experiences are anything to go by. The start time on June 14th was about 12:10 PM and on August 23rd, I think it may have been around 12:15 PM or so.

Ute had created a wonderful thread in which she asked everyone to focus, pray and send positive thoughts out for Michael, for his family and for justice, and for me the last time I went to one of these hearings.

Please focus your positive energy and thoughts, using whatever means you feel comfortable with, on January 4, 2011. That's all I could ask for. With that, I will be more than content.

With much love,
Carmen

P.S. Oddly enough, I've never been a 'basket case' at these hearings, or even when visiting Michael's grave site in October 2009. It's not that I don't care or feel anything, but these things have not unravelled me. I'm going in with my boxing gloves and high energy on Tuesday. I'm going to wear my black cat suit and new red leather jacket (Michael's colors and one of my favorite color combinations), provided we don't have a down pour.

The fact that you and others are here, marleneho, is all the support I need.

Hi Carmen,

I will be with you too.
I will do it like last time, I will focus on all that you reminded us above and
I will very strongly focus on some happening that will turn the case to where it shall go - TO THE TRUTH AND ONLY TO THE TRUTH!!!

Carmen, I would have a request to you. It is very urgent for me to reach Dieter Wiesner. If he is there, could you please try to come near him and ask him to contact me? On behalf of Michael!
I tried everything to reach him but he would not answer me. Maybe he is very busy, maybe he will be there tomorrow to support the family or he is basically out.
I do not know if you have ever seen a photograph of him. If not - here is his official site in English: www.dieterwiesner.com .
Thank you very much, Carmen for everything you do for Michael.
I know there will be a lot for you to do tomorrow.
And believe me - IF I could be there I would!! sometimes it is so sad that I am so far away :( .
One more thought - perhaps Eddie Jones could help.
And Bonnie - I hope it is okay to say that here. Maybe Eddie Jones will be able to help Bonnie to get certain things done for Michael.

Thank you again very much Carmen for everything!

It is all for LOVE,
Ute
My full name is Ute Wilhelm (should he be there).

I pray for Prince may he find the strength and courage to get through it all. Michael I will keep focusing on the truth coming to the light and justice being served.

Ute I hope you get into contact with Dieter or Eddie Jones and you get the help you need.

Thank you Carmen. I will certainly pray for you Carmen, and Michael, Prince, and the family on Tuesday (Jan. 4th is tomorrow already! Wow!) and every day. Thank you for reminding me to focus on the prayer aspect. I also pray that Katherine and Joe have the physical strength to endure this. I live in St Paul, Minnesota so it is true that it is quite a distance to travel to down town Los Angeles.

I looked up the pre trial news this morning and they are saying: “Los Angeles County District Attorney believes the defense will blame Michael Jackson’s June 25, 2009 death on a self-administered lethal dose of the anesthetic Propofol. “I do think it’s clear that the defense is operating under the theory that the victim, Michael Jackson, killed himself,” said Deputy DA David Walgren.”

http://www.examiner.com/city-buzz-in-los-angeles/dr-conrad-murray-incredulous-defense

I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. There are many questions this brings up to counter Murray’s theory that I will not go into now. I just hope the prosecutors are on the ball enough to think of them.

Thank you Ute for the loving (and to the point) prayer suggestions. You have a way with words that is beautiful.

I agree Jane that the loving support and prayers on this board will help keep us strong. I am glad you’re all here with me.

If there is anything else you need (besides the prayers) from me Carmen just ask me.The lord has blessed you Carmen with the compassion, technical talent, and fortitude to be able to go in there like last time and expose the truth. You are a true blessing.

With loving support,

Mar

Thank you, Irina, for your support! You had posted something very kind for me in another thread several days ago. In that post, you had graciously thanked me for attending tomorrow's court hearing. I don't know where that post was, but I meant to thank you for it. Thank you for wishing me luck and for being with me in spirit. :)

And thank you for bringing Ute's post to my attention again - I needed it and wanted to make special note of it.

Warmly,
Carmen

Hello to my friends and fellow board members here!

I didn't make it inside the court room itself, but I chose to go the 9th floor anyway and literally spend the day there. Yes, I was disappointed that I didn't get a winning lottery ticket number, but I was given some very special and different experiences in exchange.

One of those experiences included seeing and meeting Michael's dear mother, Katherine Jackson, in person. I was able to approach her, introduce myself briefly and actually shake her hand. I saw LaToya there as well, and Jackie Jackson.

I'll give you my report as soon as I can. I got some good video coverage and some interviews. No Joe Jackson or Eddie Jones today.

Ute, I'm so sorry that I did not see Mr. Wiesner in front of the court house. I don't think he would have been there without being summoned by the Prosecution. If he is summoned by the Prosecution, then he'll have to be there. I had printed your message and took it with me in case I recognized him and could go up to him.

With love,
Carmen

P.S. A friend e-mailed me to tell me she saw me on TV today, standing outside the court house waiting for a ticket. She wants to know if I got in. Normally, I shy away from those cameras, but today I didn't care. I didn't turn my back or give the media an unusable angle. I just faced those cameras. I came to see and be seen, and if I had been asked, I would have given the media an interview. I was approached by a couple of media people who wanted to know if I was inside the court room.

Hello everyone,
It's been so long since I have had proper internet, and the internet I had before that was touch and go, I have popped in from time to time to read the posts and such but was not able to comment. I hope everyone is doing well and had wonderful holidays.

I have been anxiously looking forward to this trial, hoping and praying that the guilty get what they deserve. It is horrible that they would say he woke up and killed himself... he would not have been lucid enough to even sit up with the cocktail of drugs the dr gave him before the propofal..seriously. They are grasping at anything at this point I think.
I also applaud everyone who has been working so hard in Michael's name.

Love you all

Hi Carmen,
I was excited to see that you are back in one piece and seem so energized. Indeed, our prayers must have helped.
I am so happy that you had the experience of seeing and meeting Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, in person. That would have been the highlight of my day too. Just think, you met the dear woman that gave birth to our Michael!

I can't wait to see your video coverage and interviews. Thank you again for your unselfish contribution to Michael, his family, and all of us. I’m sure we would not have as well rounded of an idea as to what is happening if it wasn't for your hard work and sacrifice.

Love and continued prayers,

sorry for the late reply.
I agree with all fellow boarders - thank you so much for being our eyes and ears that day in court.
And so wonderful that you met Katherine Jackson and had the opportunity to introduce yourself to her. It was surely very exciting.

And thank you so much for having my message for Mr. Wiesner with you. I hope there will be another way to get it out.

I am looking forward to your video material. You did a really great job here.
So good to hear that you felt all the Love and energy we sent along your way.
THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.

Hi ChristinaM,

I agree with you.
With that cocktail of drugs Michael had been administered before the propofol he WAS N O T ABLE to do what they try to accuse him of - that he might have or even ( "accidently") killed himself.

Same old story - the victim is accused of being guilty himself of that what had hit him.
So good that also Mr. Mesereau speaks out for Michael (see "Conrad Murray Hearing And Trial thread)) and confirms that he would have never done this, that Michael had never been suicidal or would have abandoned himself as he loved (loves) his children so much and would have never done this to them.

With Love
Ute

I feel like we are back in the dark ages. The reporters focusing on what the Jackson women are wearing, like this is some kind of a fashion show and they are walking the red carpet. Reporters are talking about Janet, Latoys, and Ramie's "cloths," like that is important when they are walking into their brother's murderers preliminary hearing! They don't do that to any of the men. Wow!

IT DRIVES ME NUTS!

Example in the URL below:

I just wanted to add that I still say they should have gotten Murray for 2nd degree murder. I think it could of stuck. Manslaughter and 4 years is nothing compared to what he did to Michael!

Why didn't they go for 2nd degree??? I know they said they didn't think they had enough evidence and witnesses, but from everything I've heard the last two days I think they do.

Question: Can they change the charge at this late date?

Mar,

Remember the rabbit hole here runs very deep.

But the general public who follow only what is printed by the MSM will be steered off track by courthouse fashions of the day and other mindless facts, just to keep them from thinking that maybe there is a much larger picture behind what is being presented than meets the eye.

At least that is their goal in this.

Let's hope their house of cards falls.

With Love,
Irina

Thank you Jane for the informative Video. I hadn't seen that one before. Indeed, Tom Mesereau makes a lot of sense from the 'lawyer' perspective. From my research and perspective, I think the prosecutors are being too conservative in their conviction of Murray. The facts point to murder two (2), and I don't think murder two (2) could not be proven. I think the real charge should of been murder one (1), as I believe Michael's death was premeditated. Moreover, AEG and Sony are definitely involved. Although that would be hard to make stick in court, I just don't think murder 2 would be.

Thank you Irena, I agree with your analyses. The whole consciences is: Women are superficial and should ware beautiful cloths and men are the rulers and should make the important decisions. Where are the women reporters that are complaining about this type of coverage? Women should stick up for what is right and say something.

PLEASE PLEASE copy and paste this URL into your address book and watch it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gu-PyGxi0U4

Bonnie, could you add this video for me? I feel this is important for everyone to see and keep in mind as we are watching the coverage. It will make one aware of the camouflage and mask of disrespect they are showing Michael's sisters.

Love,

Mar
