Hello Everyone! These are the first two segments. The final segment will be my personal notes and observations.
I deliberately did not put a music sound track on these videos. They may seem a bit 'dry' artistically, but they are direct, straight forward, and ARE ACCESSIBLE TO MICHAEL'S FANS WORLD WIDE. I was thinking very much of you, Ute, when I edited these videos. I am so sorry that you have been denied the right to see so many videos as they are so often blocked in Germany. I'm just fed up with that happening, so I decided to take a different approach this time.
Thank you all for being there with me. I could feel it as I drove down the freeway in the morning.
Carmen, Thank you so very much for doing this. I am moved to tears watching the videos. I feel gratitude for your gesture in bringing us a flavor of what transpired on that day. This is so kind and generous of you. It is comforting to see how Michael is very well loved by his fans, the flying banner speaks to this. I hope his family sees all this. I have a question. I have a hearing impairment and couldn't quite catch what they were chanting in the first video. Could someone help me out with that?
This is not easy to say. Michael please hold strong. I am not going to use any of the implied terminology.
The bottom line here is that a picture is being painted trying to make it all look like Michael brought it all on himself and that the outcome achieved here was inevitable- beyond Murray's "good intentions". :(
Edited to add: Murray already went public in the media (again if accurate) with his defense that he will be blaming it all on Michael. This picture being painted by all that we are hearing is just more of the same. :(

again a BIG THANK TO YOU for being our eyes and ears and like last time you did a really brilliant job! Good to give "just" the impressions of that day. The pictures speak their own language. Thank you that you were thinking of me while editing your videos as well as of all the others in whose countries the videos may be blocked for reasons of using soundtracks. Yes, it is a shame how this is done. Irina helps me to have the most important videos on disk and I am very grateful for that. But it is simply too much to catch up on all of them and therefore This has to stop! You know what is interesting is that there is so much blocked - especially Michael´s work - but the new album you can listen to free - without paying a penny. I have no comment to add here. The intention is clear.
So I am very grateful for your efforts and work and also your dedication. And good to hear that you felt us being with you :) .

I understand your feelings but if I may recommend you - please do not let this get you down and don´t let it get you on his level.
If that reporter feels the need to name Michael´s fans that way he has got some problem. It should not be yours, because what happens is that you are annoyed and this pulls you off from the important point to support Michael. If we resonate to such - sorry - bla bla - it is our energy we lose and with which we feed such people - what we surely do not intend! I know how hard it may be to NOT resonate but it is the best way to keep our energy. This does not mean to not accept or express or even stop expressing feelings or emotions. It is just about to keep our energy for our life and our real purposes. Hope it helps a bit.

As far as TMZ's comment what an EMT says in first observation won't outway the autopsy and also, the EMT was cut off after that by the judge so to answer further was not his option.
If Murray thought Michael was an addict, then left the room with medical supplies and medicines avaiable within reach of the addict he is culpable. In this case he still fits the standard of neglegent responsibility.

I also share your 'opinion' 100%. If not for you, we would certainly not be seeing the large pink sign. The media outlets will not be showing it, obviously.
Why should the MSM show that red or hot pink sign with the black lettering? When we consider exactly what that sign says and who controls the MSM, it's no wonder that sign didn't get any coverage. . .THEY control the media outlets, so naturally, messages like that one will definitely NOT be given much coverage. I would have been surprised if it had.
You're so very welcome, Chaturi. It's one person's perspective, but I tried to just report what I saw, heard and witnessed. Sure would be nice if the MSM would do the same, rather than embellish the news.

Exellent Job Carmen! I felt chills as I watched the last remaining moments of your video. The pink sign speaks volumes!
I really enjoyed hearing about Katherine's gentle touch and feel you showed her great respect and admiration. I am sure she feels overwhelmed by Michael's admirers. What an honor to meet her and hold her hand!

Are you planning on going back to the hearing before it is over, or are you previously engaged? Either way I will continue praying for you.
My point exactly, Irina. The media would/could 'never' expose themselves by filming those statements on the blood tainted sign.
Also, thx for the link to Wes Penre's site. It's an excellent resource for what we're dealing with right now. I read some areas that so clearly coincide with what happened to Michael.

Hello marleneho. The chanting alternates between "Justice for Michael Jackson" and "Justice for Oscar Grant." I'm very glad and pleased that you enjoyed the coverage I was able to get. The fans I saw that day were calm, dignified, essentially quiet and very well behaved. THERE WAS NOTHING RABID ABOUT THEM! What you saw in my video coverage is what took place. That was the atmosphere. Unless media cameras caught something taking place that I missed due to my presence on the 9th floor, I don't believe any of Michael's fans were "rabid" in any way, shape or form. Passionate? Yes. Involved? Yes. Sincere? Yes. Rabid? NO. Maybe Barbara Kaufman can set this Gil Kaufman person straight.
Marleneho, you asked me if I plan on attending any of the other preliminary hearing dates. The answer is no, I do not. I DO plan to attend the first and last days of Murray's trial, and possibly a day about midway in his trial, if at all possible. Those would be the key dates for me to attend.

There are many videos I've made that have been blocked in certain parts of Europe, and I do find it very frustrating. Yes, I've noticed that a few folks here share my 'opinion.' ;) The photos of Michael, with the exception of him as Captain EO, actually come from the Michael Jackson Opus. I knew I wanted some different and nice (and high quality) photos of him to accompany my commentary, so I opened the book (after hauling it out of my secondary closet), and chose a variety of photos to photograph with my digital camera. Thank you for the link with the story about reporting from the overflow room. :)
Hi Jane! Yes, I saw that sign and had to film it. It was part of the day's events and coverage as far as I was concerned. It also represents the belief that some people share. ;)
Yes, Jane, it was very special coming face to face with Michael's dear mother. As she approached, she asked me "What is your name?" I think I shall remember her voice and the way she asked the question for as long as I live. Her hand was very soft and gentle to the touch. I shook her hand as I greeted her. To be honest, it's very difficult to know what to say to a woman (or a man) who has lost her son. I just felt the need to make contact with her once in my life, and the opportunity presented itself.
Regarding Eddie Jones and William Wagener, I did not see either of them outside the court house that day. They may attend the actual trial itself - or not, I suppose. I know William Wagener's opinion on this preliminary trial and what he thinks about the actual trial, but I'm not speaking on his behalf or putting words in his mouth. If and when he wants to say something about it, he'll do it his way and when he's ready. Mr. Wagener has a couple of videos up on YouTube in which he talks about preparations being made for fund raising for the documentary he wants to make, and he's getting into some of the specifics.
Thank you to everyone who watched my videos! When Murray's actual trial begins, I'll try to attend the first and last days at least.

I feel so bad for you and other MJ fans who cannot see these things because of certain videos and sound tracks being blocked in Europe and other parts of the world.
