There are several lawsuits being filed against this. These tactics violate our 4th amendment rights. If anyone else took naked pictures of you without your permission or stuck their hands down your pants they would go to JAIL.
I hope the parents of this little boy stand up for him and the rest of us and file a lawsuit. This is the only way we will get them out of our pants.

Thanks for this post about Jesse's lawsuit, Mike. I hope he wins. He is certainly drawing attention to a pretty big issue.
Just another example. My husband has been traveling a lot the last several months and he has described to me some of the run-ins he has had with the TSA.
One of the experiences was much like what Jesse's lawsuit is based on. My husband is not one to hold back. He told me that he was livid during the search.
Another time he was pulled aside because he was rushing. So to flex their muscles the agents pulled him aside to do a bag search. This was already as he was getting out of customs. They told him just because he is in a hurry he is going to now have to wait. He described their attitude to me and it just sounds as though the world has gone mad. These agents behave as though they own you. According to my husband, and he has some personal background in this, these airport agents do not really know where they need to look and what it is they are looking for. They are searching randomly and it appears without focus.
Things have gone beyond any realm of human decency.

Jesse Ventura was interviewed last night by Pierce Morgan on CNN. The various topics in his book were discussed, however not without rude comments & interruptions by Mr. Morgan, IMO. They touched on the topic of Jesse's lawsuit against the TSA, however he cannot say too much at this time, as it is still in process. He has metal in his body, and he did describe the patdown as a full-on sexual assault. He's not asking for money in the lawsuit; he's simply wanting it to stop!
