I went to a channeling group last night and asked a question about the "spots" I see in front of me. I have had this come and go from the time I was a small child and used to call it "seeing air". When I look into something with a clear background, I see circles of what I think is energy moving around - similar to what you might see if you were looking at cells or atoms under a microscope. They are small - they have no color - and they bounce around. They do not hinder my vision, and lately they have been taking different shapes. Now, I have had some recent blurriness with my vision, which I just attributed to side affects from a Lasik surgery I had 7 years ago. The channel last night said that it is possible this is a gift I brought over into this incarnation - possibly seeing through the veil. this morning she called and said she sensed there is a physical problem with my eyes and that I should have it checked out. I am going to see an eye doctor, and previous testing since I was a child and seeing these things never showed anything serious, other than my nearsightedness. I know that I should ALWAYS seek MEDICAL attention if I am ever questioning a possible health concern, but would appreciate knowing what anyone elses "gut feelings" are about this situation. What am I seeing?
I do have the ability to see beyond the vail. Here are some examples of the things that I see:
1. A see-through form. It can be quite large and looks similar to the wave forms you see coming off of a hot road.
2. White lights that streak across the room. They are very fast and have a tail like a comet and bright like a star. They can also be blue and about the size of a baseball. The blue ones do not have tails and stay in one place for several seconds.
3. Blue shapes that look like an Ameba. They move slowly and sometimes have redish-purple tones.

Thanks for your response. It helped alot. I have been seeing the white flashes for awhile now, as well as sometimes the blue ones you have described. They mostly come at night and kind of freak me out when I awaken to them. I don't sense any bad vibes, so I have just conditioned myself now (finally) to go back to sleep. I have also seen red waves of light in my room at night. There seems to be alot of activity in my bedroom at night - ok that may be taken the wrong way - why do I see these things at night? At a time of great distress I have also felt what seemed like an Angel's wing touching my arm and it was amazing how calming the energy felt. It seems so cool to feel these things, yet I have spent most of my life being fearful of things of this nature. How do you step beyond the fear and feel these experiences comfortably?
You probably see more at night because you are more relaxed so you are able to tune in to other vibrations or frequencys.If you are in a more empty meditative type state of mind before you fall asleep you can become more aware. If you try meditating during the day you'll probably get more experiences (if thats what you want) If your mind is racing and chattering you won't.I see White balls race through the room sometimes as well as the rare brown or black.the white ones I leave alone they aren't negative so far but the brown/black ones I ask the angels to get rid of or throw white light at them and they leave.I saw a troll like thing once,and a huge flying black thing that was the size of a person with bat wings tried to land on me while I was sleeping It woke me up so I had to mentally force it away.Big 10inch balls with light color layers.Of coarse the guardian angels energy fields.The dead people in my minds eye during psychic readings.Lots of variety of other stuff, that will be in my book if I ever get it done.

Also my husband reminded me of the little white things we usualy see being extra active in sunlight.You Can see them anywhere but less active.They are the size of the head on a pin or skightly smaller.Not harmfull that we know of.
Hi, my name is Bryan. I'm from Wisconsin. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out my problem? Within the last 5 years I have been experiencing flashes of white light when I'm awake and when I wake up from sleep. When it happens, my whole body feels like I've just been struck by lightning. It's a paralizing feeling, but also calming. The odd thing about all this is that I'm seeing my ex-girlfriend during the white flash.
Here are some examples..
One night I was awaken suddenly from a deep sleep and as soon as I opened my eyes, a flash of white light filled my room. The flash only lasted maybe a couple seconds, but during that time I looked at the foot of my bed and seen a girl (whom looked like my ex-girlfriend) sitting there looking out my window. The weird part about this, is the next day I seen my ex-girlfriend. And I only see her once or twice a year and I didnt know she was going to be home.
Another time this happened I was sleeping by the fire I made outside at night. I fell asleep for about an hour and then woken up suddenly, like lightning struck me or something, and once again I see the white light, and once again I see a woman...This time I thought it was my mother walking towards me. But then I came too, and realized nobody was walking towards me. There was nobody around. But....the next evening out of the blue, I get a phone call from my ex. I havent spoken to her for almost a year.
Do you see a pattern here? Most of the time when I see the flashes and see someone within it, I see my ex girlfriend the next day or within a few days.. Sometimes I don't see anyone when the flash hits me. But usually I get an email from my ex the next day.
Weird huh? It's like something is telling me that my ex-girlfriend is going to communicate with me in the near future.
Here's another thought... Could it be her soul coming to tell me when she's going to be around? Are we soulmates?
My name is Anna and I am new here. I came here for some answers. Three and a half years ago I started seeing a tiny blue light that flashes from time to time. When I see it, it only happens once and it occurs at variouse places in my sight range. Some days I will see it, other days I don't. It happens quickly, and only about one time during a day that this occurs.
I accidently hit enter on my last message, and It caused my message to be posted before I was done typing it.

Anyway, about this blue light that flashes quickly on some days, only one light, it's small, and it's turqouise.
I started seeing this light three and a half years ago after suffering a nervouse break down following the death of my Grandpa Fred.
I'm worried that I may be developing some nurological desease.
I layed down next to my Grandpa two days before he died. He was surprisingly alert for having such an aggressive cancer, but he was skinny, and almost bed ridden. He was also crying alot. I wanted to take away his pain, so I layed next to him under the covers and tried to make him feel better by talking to him and telling him how much he was loved by us. I only wish I wouldn't have been so scared and have hugged him more.
I have emotionl issues, and it's hard for me to get close to people.
Any way, two weeks after that I was in a psychiatric unit.
Although I've recovered, I still see this tiny flash.
I would say it's a pretty flash. And when it comes it fades in and out quickly, it's not like the sharp flash of a camera.
Can anyone tell me what I might be seeing, and if you think I need a doctor, be honest.
Brian, Shamans talk about smart body parts that signal them in different ways about different things. This is probably your souls way or your guardian angels way of getting a message through to the concious you. When you get older and more experienced you may develope better ways of communicating with your ordinary self that isn't so dramatic ( it does get your attention though doesn't it?) It does not nesessarily mean she is your soul mate, although you obviously have special feelings for her and thats why you are being signaled about her because it captures your attention where finding a dollar each time you experienced that or finding a leaf each time wouldn't get your attention so meaningfully would it.
