While reading some of the posts, I remember being really young (teen age) (Im in my 40s) and remembering what it was like to feel alone while experiencing the spirits, voices of the spirits, seeing things, etc. The more I learned to work with the gifts by reading books, or meeting others who have the same gifts or understanding gifts the easier it becomes. I had to learn to rely on being specific in asking the universe to provide exactly what I wanted. Ive told my kids who all have gifts that no one can tell you what you are experiencing is wrong cuz your the one who is experiencing. If you want to understand more - than ask the universe for the information. its amazing how the universe comes through and the signs it shows.
