About a week ago my friend and I were using a ouija board. I was a bit drunk and decided to cut open my hand and drip blood onto to board (I know). Well it basically said a bunch of incoherent things and we thought nothing of it.
Last night as soon as I layed in bed I started to cold sweat and I felt very uncomfortable. Sleeping was difficult and only came in about 10 minute spurts. Well in these short periods of sleep I had the most intense and terrifying dreams I've ever had. Actually I've never had a lucid dream before but in these I was completely aware of my body and the fact that I was asleep. I'm not sure if my eyes were open but in the dreams I was in my room. I saw swirling faces and was paralyzed in fear. These would last a few minutes and then I would wake up cold and sweating. Every time I would go back to sleep it would continue where it had left off. The very last time I fell back to sleep I heard the Front door to my apartment open and someone coming in. I then heard my dog barking and saw a woman come into my room and shake me awake. She moved very quickly and seemed hostile. My dog was not barking and no one was there because my fiance was in the bed with me and would've woken up. I then kept myself awake in bed until the sun rose and my fiance woke up. I then went back to sleep, and although the dreams were still lucid, I wasn't having nightmares and slept much better.
This incident scared me more than anything I've ever experienced. I was just wondering if someone could give me some advice or a suggestion on what to do. I'm afraid to go to sleep.
